2009 Recital
Ticket Sales - Cash Only Basis
Further information regarding Recital Ticket Sale dates will be forthcoming. Early seat reservations are offered to students who have attended classes for three (3) or more years. Tickets are sold on a cash only basis. All children will be performing at least 1 of the 2 performance dates.
Required Mother/Guardian Ticket: A mother/guardian must purchase a ticket for a reserved seat in the audience and will also be given a backstage pass permitting entry into the dressing rooms. Mother's of students performing in both shows (2 nights) will be given a 2nd backstage pass. You may purchase a reserved seat for the 2nd performance if desired. All attempts are made to reserve an aisle seat for the mother/guardian ticket.
Ticket Sale Night ...
Completed Ticket Order Forms must be submitted in person with exact change on "Ticket Night". This is the first day of open ticket sales. All tickets are reserved on a best available basis in the order in which completed forms are received. Please allow at least 1-hour to purchase tickets. It is preferred that children stay home on "Ticket Night".
Ticket Order Form ...
The Ticket Order Form containging pricing and show dates will be distributed to each student and will also be available at the studio. This form must be returned in-person on "Ticket Night" or on other designated ticket sales dates posted in the office. Available seating is based on the order in which the forms are submitteed. Please order early. Tickets will not be sold during class time.
Ticket Order Minimum ...
All families are requierd to purchase a minimum of four (4) tickets. This puchase will include two (2) guaranteed Preferred Tickets with seats in the first 1-10 rows in the Orchestra Section with the remainder of your seats located beyond that section. Mothers/Guardians and children ages 2+ require a ticket.
Ticket Deadlines...
First order tickets must be purchased by Saturday, April 28th or you will forfeit your two (2) Preferred Tickets with seats in the first 1-10 rows in the Orchestra Section. You may purchase extr tickets through May.
Ticket Distribution ...
Tickets will be distributed during class time at the end of May. Tickets will not be distributed to anyone with outstanding balances.
Ticket Purchase Information ...
- Minimum: Each family our (4) ticket minimum purchase
- Maximum: No maximum
- Cash Only - No Refunds/Changes - No Exceptions: There will be absolutely no refunds or changes made once tickets purchased unless we are unable to accomodate your ticket request. There will be no exceptions.
- Preferred Tickets - Rows 1-10: Each family is entitled to have two (2) of tickets reserved in rows 1-10 closest to the stage
- Reserved Tickets: All tickets are reserved on a best available basis in the order in which completed forms are received
- Mother/Guardian Ticket: A mother/guardian must purchase a ticket. See information above.
- Children Age 2+: Require a ticket
- Day of Show: Subject to availability, Tickets may be purchased on night of recital
- Handicap Accessiblie: Please notify at time of purchase if any of your ticket holders are handicapped
- Color-Coded Tickets: Tickets are color-coded and must be used for the night specified only
