2009 Recital
Costume Requirements
Each student is required to purchase one (1) costume package if enrolled in Creative Movement/Pre-Ballet or Hip Hop/Funk and a two (2) costume package if enrolled in Ballet/Tap. Prices include 1 pair of tights or pants, "Recital Tee-Shirt" and required accessories.
- Tap/Ballet: $144.00 (2 costumes)
- Creative Movement/Pre-Ballet: $85.00 (1 costume)
- Hip Hop/Funk: $85.00 (1 costume)
Additional Purchases:
- Additional Costumes (if required) - see Costume Order Form for pricing information
- Extra tights will be available @ $8.00 each (payable with deposit)
- Extra "Recital Tee-Shirts" (with performers' name on back) for family members are
available at $18 each
Costume Payments...
Each student is required to purchase a costume(s).
- Full Payment Deadline: December 6, 2008
- Two Payment Plan: Two (2) equal installments on or before October 31 and December 6, 2008.
- Refund Policy: All costume payments are refundable if a student withdraws before December 18, 2008. After December 19, 2008 there are absolutely no refunds for costume payments.

A Costume Order Form with pricing and sizing is available at the office. Please complete and return with payment by deadline. Prices include 1 pair of tights or pants, "Recital Tee- Shirt" and required accessories.
